Welcome to Fundacion Origenes Colombia, a non-profit organization committed to eradicating human trafficking in Colombia. We believe in a world free from the exploitation and trafficking of individuals, and our mission is to prevent, protect, and support victims of this heinous crime.
Human trafficking is a grave violation of human rights that affects millions worldwide. In Colombia, it remains a significant challenge, with vulnerable populations being targeted and exploited for various purposes, including forced labor, sexual exploitation, and organ trafficking.

Our Work:
At Fundacion Origenes Colombia, we operate on multiple fronts to combat human trafficking. Our initiatives encompass:
Prevention and Awareness: We conduct educational programs, workshops, and community outreach to raise awareness about the signs of trafficking, equipping individuals and communities to recognize and report suspected cases.
Victim Support and Rehabilitation: We provide comprehensive support to survivors, offering shelter, counseling, legal aid, and access to medical care to help them rebuild their lives with dignity and resilience.
Collaboration and Advocacy: We collaborate with government agencies, law enforcement, and other NGOs to advocate for stronger policies and enforcement measures against human trafficking. We believe in fostering partnerships to amplify our impact and bring about systemic change.

VICEPRESIDENT
With her background as a financial adviser, Angelica Zamora has the knowledge needed to help her clients with any business-related issues. Since 2000 she has run her own consulting firm.
LIDA ZAMORA
Operations Manager
Lida Zamora is trained as an assistant and office administrator. She has worked for our office since 2022, where she manages our clients and provides assistance whenever they have problems.
